FreeInOutBoard.com has created this privacy statement ("Statement") in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Privacy on the FreeInOutBoard.com web site (the "Site") is very important to us. We require customers who register to use the services ("Services") offered on our Site to give us contact information, such as their name, company name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, and the number of users within the organization that will be using the Services. We may also collect the IP address and additional company information, such as annual revenues, number of employees, or industry when you sign up for our Service.
   2. Payment Information. When you add your financial account information to your Account, that information is directed to our third-party payment processor. We do not store your financial account information on our systems; however, we have access to, and may retain, subscriber information through our third-party payment processor.
   3. User Content. Our Service allow you to post content on our Service. The content may includes news, simple message to other users.
   4. Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide. We may also receive a confirmation when you open an email from us.

According to CalOPPA guidelines, we agree to the following:

• Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page, or as a minimum on the first significant page after entering our website.
• Our privacy policy link includes the word ‘Privacy’, and can be easily be found on the page as specified above.
• Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on this privacy policy page.
